Frequently asked questions

What happens when I cancel my Pro subscription?

Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period — cancel in March, runs until December. After expiry Pro modules lock, but all Free modules (llms.txt, A2A, MCP Card, basic schemas) stay active forever.

Can I use one license on multiple sites?

Pro Annual and Pro Lifetime are bound to 1 domain (plus its subdomains). For multiple clients get Agency (5 domains) or Studio (unlimited).

Do subdomains count as separate domains?

No — one license covers your domain and all its subdomains. shop.example.com, www.example.com and blog.example.com all count as one slot.

Does the plugin work offline?

Yes. Schema generation, llms.txt, robots.txt — all server-side in WordPress, no external calls. Only license validation every 24h contacts api.auditai.cc, with a 14-day grace period.

Pro Lifetime — really forever?

Yes. One payment, no renewals, all plugin updates (including future Pro modules) free forever. Domain stays bound to your key even if you switch hosting.

What is the refund policy?

14 days from purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] — refund hits your card in 3-5 business days. After 14 days no refunds, but you can cancel Pro Annual anytime.

Can I upgrade from Pro Annual to Lifetime?

Yes. We calculate the pro-rata remaining Annual and deduct from Lifetime price. Email [email protected] — we reply within 24h with a top-up link.
