Terms of Service

§1 Definitions

The terms used in these Terms mean:

  • Service Provider - MROZ.CONSULTING Marek Mróz, ul. Okrężna 17F, 05-506 Lesznowola, Poland, NIP: 9222707242, REGON: 060219022, e-mail: [email protected].
  • Service - the Audit AI web application available at auditai.cc, enabling automated analysis of websites for AI agent readiness and related digital services.
  • User - a natural or legal person using the Service.
  • Audit - an automated analysis of a publicly available website for AI Readiness, returning a report with an A+ to F grade.
  • Report - the Audit result made available to the User electronically.
  • Fix Code - ready-made code snippets, scripts, or instructions generated by the Service to help correct detected issues.
  • Care Subscription - a recurring AI Readiness monitoring service included in an annual subscription; a separate monthly Care plan may be made available in the future under the current price list.

§2 Scope of Services

The Service Provider provides the following electronic services:

  1. Free Audit - website analysis with a summary of results (approx. 70% of the report).
  2. Full Report - unlocked after providing an e-mail address; includes detailed analytics and the Content Comprehension Score.
  3. Fix Code (DIY) - annual subscription packages including fix code and Care monitoring; available at auditai.cc/pricing.
  4. Care Monitoring - currently available as part of the annual DIY packages; a separate monthly Care subscription may be made available in the future. Available plans and prices are defined in the current price list at auditai.cc/pricing.
  5. Team Services- implementation work performed by the Service Provider's team; priced individually based on an inquiry.

All prices shown in the price list are net prices. VAT may be added in accordance with applicable law.

§3 Conditions of Use

  1. Using the Service does not require creating a user account.
  2. The Service is available for publicly accessible websites (without a login requirement).
  3. The User agrees to use the Service only for their own websites or websites for which they have obtained the owner's explicit consent.
  4. The User is fully responsible for the legality of the URL being analyzed.
  5. Audit results are provided for informational and recommendation purposes only and do not constitute legal or technical advice, nor a guarantee of achieving any specific position in search results.

§4 Prohibited Actions

Users must not:

  1. Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other tools to perform Audits at scale without the Service Provider's written consent.
  2. Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of the Service's safeguards.
  3. Use the Service in a way that disrupts its operation (for example DDoS attacks or exceeding rate limits).
  4. Analyze websites without the owners' consent for competitive, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
  5. Distribute Reports or Fix Code to third parties without the Service Provider's consent.

If a violation is found, the Service Provider may immediately block the User's access without prior notice.

§5 Payments and Invoices

  1. Payments for paid Services are handled by Stripe, Inc.
  2. The User makes online payments by payment card or other methods made available by Stripe.
  3. For annual packages that include Care, payment is charged upfront for 12 months. After a separate monthly Care subscription is made available, payment will be charged monthly under the current price list.
  4. The User may cancel or disable renewal of the Care Subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period.
  5. The User has the right to change the Care Subscription plan (upgrade or downgrade). The change takes effect from the next billing period unless the parties agree otherwise.
  6. At the User's request, the Service Provider issues a VAT invoice. For entities based in Poland, invoices are delivered through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF). For foreign entities, invoices are sent as PDF files electronically to the provided e-mail address.

§6 Delivery and Fulfillment

  1. Reports are generated automatically and are available through a unique link for 30 days from the Audit date. After that period, the link expires.
  2. Fix Code is delivered as downloadable files or content displayed in the browser immediately after the transaction is completed.
  3. Team Services - delivery time and delivery format are agreed individually after the quote is accepted.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Under consumer rights law, a User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not applyto the supply of digital content (Fix Code, Full Reports) if the Service Provider began performance with the User's explicit consent before the withdrawal period expired and the User was informed that this right would be lost.
  3. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to the Care Subscription if the Service has been fully performed during the period for which the fee was charged.
  4. For Team Services, the right of withdrawal applies only before the Service Provider's team starts work.

§8 Complaints

  1. The User has the right to file a complaint about the Service.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] within 14 days from the event giving rise to the complaint.
  3. A complaint should include the User's contact details, a description of the problem, and - where possible - a screenshot or Audit identifier.
  4. The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the provided e-mail address.
  5. A User who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and procedures before the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
  6. The Service Provider excludes liability under statutory warranty toward Users conducting business activity.

§9 Liability

  1. The Service Provider makes efforts to make each Audit as precise as possible, but does not guarantee detection of all issues or any specific result after the User implements recommendations.
  2. Fix Code is provided "as is". The Service Provider is not liable for the effects of code implementation by the User or for any damage resulting from incorrect use.
  3. The User is fully responsible for using Reports and Fix Code on the analyzed websites.
  4. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the Service caused by reasons beyond its control (external infrastructure failures, force majeure) or for issues on the side of external providers (network operators, AI providers, payment services).

§10 Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights to the Service, its interface, source code, logos, and the "Audit AI" trademark belong exclusively to the Service Provider.
  2. Purchasing Fix Code or Reports does not transfer intellectual property rights to the Service itself.
  3. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Fix Code only on the User's own website to which the Audit applied.

§11 Personal Data Protection

Detailed information about personal data processing, including the User's rights under the GDPR, is available in the Privacy Policy.

§12 Changes to the Terms

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
  2. Users will be informed about material changes by e-mail or by a notice in the service at least 7 days in advance.
  3. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means the User accepts them.

§13 Final Provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means apply.
  3. Any disputes arising from use of the Service will be resolved by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office. For Users who are consumers, local court jurisdiction is determined under the general provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
  4. All notices and information from the Service Provider are sent electronically to the e-mail address provided by the User.
